House W-Coetzee

The original 3 bedroom house burnt down to only have the lower ground walls exposed. We were tasked to create a new house for the family of 5. We needed to keep to existing footprint of the home. With some challenges we managed to achieve a home with 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and additional flatlet below that can generate an additional income. The existing garage roof is removed to provide a new rooftop living space overlooking th egarden.
